BIOGRAPHY
20 year-old British singer-songwriter Lauren Wright’s distinctive sound is crafted into stylish songs with irresistible melodies and heartfelt lyrics.
Her debut single Kiss Me was released on 25th March 2013.
Kiss Me was produced in Nashville by Derek Garten (engineer credits with Taylor Swift)
Lauren has recently provided acoustic support to Britney Spears, The Saturdays, and One Direction at the LG Arena in Birmingham on the ‘Forum Live’ stage.
She has also supported Misha B, and appeared on many BBC regional radio stations throughout the country as part of 2 UK radio tours.
The accompanying music video for her debut single was directed by award-winning director Steve Graham (Eurythmics, Lenny Kravitz).
Lauren has recently completed a tour of East Coast USA high schools, performing in Key cities such as New York, Cleveland and Nashville.
Kiss Me was playlisted on BBC Radio 1 from the 25th March 2013.

Lauren released her 2nd single I.L.O.V.E.Y.O.U following the Radio One playlist support for debut single ‘Kiss Me’. I.L.O.V.E.Y.O.U was released 24th July 2013.
Lauren is currently finishing her debut album between the UK and Nashville.

Most blonde moment you have ever had?
I have SO many blonde moments, seriously. But my most blonde moment has to be when I was touring in America and we were traveling to the next show and I said 'Oh My Gosh, Look, they have KFC here!!' Doesn't sound funny until I tell you that we were driving through Kentucky...
What's your favourite charity?
I support a lot of charities but mostly I'm all for anti-bullying!
Your favourite TV programme as a kid?
The Powerpuff Girls & Spongebob Squarepants (although I still watch it now!)
What's your lucky number?
Number 11! As for my unlucky number... that's 23! eek.
What's the best gig you've played?
Definitely supporting One Direction at the LG arena. The crowd were amazing!
What's your favourite pizza topping?
Chicken and Ham, Im not a fan of vegetables on pizza.
If you were a super hero, what powers would you have?
I think I'd want to be able to fly. Although I always change my mind about it.
What's your favourite board game?
SCRABBLE. Although I'm terrible at spelling and I pretty much only do 4 letter words. I have fun playing though!
What's your biggest achievement?
Having my debut single 'Kiss Me' added to the BBC Radio One playlist. That was amazing! All the DJ's said lovely things about the song too! YAY.
Do you have any superstitions?
Oh My Gosh, I have so many! Where do I start? I can't walk under ladders, I believe its bad luck to cross on a staircase, Green cars are bad luck... I have loads. Seriously. A Lot.
Do you collect anything?
I collect guitar picks! Although I'm terrible at guitar.
What''s your favourite flavour popcorn?
Sweet popcorn! Maybe with a little salted popcorn mixed in to even it out.
If you were a food what would you be?
Something sweet, like chocolate or bubblegum because I'm always smiling!
